Diaphragm-type solenoid valves
Product Overview of Diaphragm-Type Solenoid Valves
Diaphragm-type solenoid valves are 2/2-way normally closed solenoid valves, widely used for automatic control in refrigeration, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. They feature fast action and rapid response to electrical signals, and can work reliably under vacuum, negative pressure, or zero pressure conditions. Typical application fields also include water supply, steam systems, as well as mechanical, boiler, and fire protection industries.
Structural Principle of Diaphragm-Type Solenoid Valves
This series of solenoid valves adopts a pilot diaphragm-type structure. Equipped with fully plastic-sealed electromagnetic coils and DIN standard electrical connectors, they offer excellent insulation, waterproof, moisture-proof, shockproof, and corrosion-resistant performance.
When energized: The electromagnetic force opens the pilot hole, causing the pressure in the upper chamber to drop rapidly. A pressure difference (lower in the upper chamber, higher in the lower chamber) forms around the diaphragm, pushing the diaphragm upward to open the valve.
When de-energized: The spring force closes the pilot hole. Inlet pressure quickly enters the upper chamber through the bypass hole, forming a pressure difference (lower in the lower chamber, higher in the upper chamber) around the diaphragm. The diaphragm is pushed downward to close the valve.
