Piston-type solenoid valves
Product Overview of Piston-Type Solenoid Valves
Piston-type solenoid valves refer to solenoid valves adopting a piston-type structure and sealing design. The driving method can be electromagnetic, and the connection method can be threaded or flanged. With a nominal diameter range of DN1-DN500mm, they are made of cast steel or stainless steel. These valves are equipped with either outer sleeve-type sealed piston rings or high-performance combined sealed piston rings.
Structural Features of Piston-Type Solenoid Valves
Imported piston-type solenoid valves: Valve cores are made of stainless steel with a piston structure, featuring strong resistance to operational fatigue.
Scientifically designed piston rings: Manufactured from special materials, they will not be jammed by impurities in the medium, ensuring high operational sealing performance and long service life.
No direct friction between the metal piston and metal valve cavity: Prevents jamming, and the valve body can be installed in any direction.
High-quality coil: Resistant to burnout.
Rational sealing materials and structure: Ensures superior sealing performance.
Still sensitive in action even after long-term inactivity and restart.
Interface sizes: Generally comply with national or international standards; custom special interfaces are available upon request.
Long service life: Standard products can reach over 1 million cycles.
Equipped with outer sleeve-type sealed piston rings and high-performance combined sealed piston rings.
Ultra-high pressure capability: Available with working pressure up to 200MPa.
