PTFE Solenoid Valves
Product Overview of PTFE Solenoid Valves
PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) solenoid valves are made of a polymer compound polymerized from tetrafluoroethylene. They can resist various strong acids (up to 98%), strong alkalis, and strong oxidants. With a unique structural process, the fluid medium is completely isolated from other components, achieving true corrosion resistance. Adopting an isolated piston-type structure, they feature a long service life.
Chemical Properties of PTFE Solenoid Valves
PTFE is almost resistant to corrosion by any chemical reagent.
Non-hygroscopic, non-flammable, and stable to oxygen and ultraviolet rays, thus possessing excellent weather resistance, oxidation resistance, surface fouling resistance, fading resistance, and embrittlement resistance.
Non-polluting and odorless, with high purity and chemical inertness, it will not have any impact on the fluid medium.
