Product Overview of Direct-acting solenoid valves
Direct-acting solenoid valves adopt a direct-acting structure, where electromagnetic force acts directly on the valve core system. The valve's operating performance relies entirely on electromagnetic force and the return spring, without being affected by factors such as medium pressure difference. It can perform reliable on-off operations under zero pressure difference (starting from 0MPa) or vacuum (1.33×10⁻⁷MPa) conditions. The working medium can flow in both directions, enabling two-way shut-off.
Working Principle of Direct-acting solenoid valves
The working principle of direct-acting solenoid valves is relatively simple. When energized, the electromagnetic coil generates electromagnetic force to directly attract the valve core, causing the valve core to shift. When de-energized, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the valve core returns to its original position by the spring's reset force.

Direct-acting solenoid valves can be equipped with explosion-proof solenoid valve coils, signal feedback devices, manual control, and self-holding functions, which greatly improves flexibility and enables application in various working conditions.
Direct-acting high-pressure solenoid valves can also open the main valve under zero pipeline pressure, featuring large flow rate under low pressure difference. They are especially suitable for working conditions with a wide operating pressure range.
