Plastic solenoid valves
Product Overview of Plastic Solenoid Valves
Plastic solenoid valves are manufactured using high-quality engineering plastics CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) or UPVC (Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride), appearing gray in color. With a nominal diameter range of DN15-DN65mm, they are equipped with imported seals, making them suitable for drinking water, various untreated sewage, rainwater, seawater, weak acids, hydrochloric acid solutions, and other media. The fluid is isolated from metal to achieve excellent corrosion resistance, and the absence of vulnerable diaphragms ensures long service life.
Technical Parameters of Plastic Solenoid Valves
Nominal Diameter: DN15~DN65mm
Applicable Pressure: 0.01MPa~0.6MPa
Applicable Medium: Corrosive fluids such as acids, alkalis, and salts

UPVC: Suitable for sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid with concentration <10%, fluid temperature <50℃
CPVC: Suitable for sulfuric acid with concentration <60%, any concentration of hydrochloric acid, fluid temperature <95℃
Material Description of Plastic Solenoid Valves
1. ABS (Engineering Plastic)
Corrosion Resistance: Excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance.
Pressure Resistance: Withstands 2MPa continuous test pressure for 1 hour at 23±2℃.
Impact Resistance: No cracking under strong external impact; smooth interior, high toughness, and good weather resistance. UV aging resistance can be enhanced with coating.
Applicable Temperature: 5~60℃
2. PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
Corrosion Resistance: Excellent corrosion resistance against acids (including dilute nitric acid), alkalis, salts, etc.; strong solvent resistance to non-polar alkanes and strongly polar carboxylic acids and alcohols. Vulnerable to corrosion by a few oxidizing acids at high concentrations.
Mechanical Performance: Moderate rigidity and strength.
Applicable Temperature: 0~60℃
3. PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene)
Corrosion Resistance: Exceptional corrosion resistance, inert to all common chemicals (including concentrated sulfuric acid and aqua regia).
Heat Resistance: Excellent heat resistance; applicable temperature range of -100~180℃, and the material can work continuously at 230~260℃.
Special Application: Particularly suitable for environments with severe corrosion, high temperature, and where chemicals are not allowed to contact lubricants.
