Application Fields Of Flanged Solenoid Valves

Flanged solenoid valves are widely applied in production and R&D departments such as textile, printing, chemical industry, plastics, rubber, pharmaceuticals, food, machinery, electrical appliances, and surface treatment, as well as daily living facilities including bathrooms, canteens, and air conditioning systems. They are mainly used for controlling corrosive liquids, ultra-pure liquids, edible liquid media, as well as corrosive gases, ultra-pure gases, and other gaseous media.

Working Principle Of Flanged Solenoid Valves

Normally Closed (NC):

When the coil is energized, the electromagnet core is attracted, the pressure relief hole opens, and the main piston is pushed by the medium pressure to open the main valve port, allowing medium circulation. When the coil is de-energized, the main valve port closes, and the medium flow is cut off.

Normally Open (NO):

When the coil is energized, the electromagnet core is attracted, the pressure relief hole closes, and the main piston is pushed by the medium pressure to close the main valve port, cutting off medium flow. When the coil is de-energized, the main valve port opens, and the medium circulates.
