Threaded solenoid valves
Product Overview Of Threaded Solenoid Valves
Threaded solenoid valves (also known as screwed solenoid valves or internal thread solenoid valves) refer to various solenoid valves adopting internal or external thread connections. Common thread types include G thread, NPT thread, PT thread (BSPT), etc. They are generally used for solenoid valves with a nominal diameter of DN1-DN50mm.
Classification
Threaded solenoid valves are divided into Normally Open (NO) type and Normally Closed (NC) type.
Working Principle Of Threaded Solenoid Valves
Normally Closed (NC) Principle: When the coil is energized, the solenoid valve opens; when the coil is de-energized, the solenoid valve closes.
Normally Open (NO) Principle: When the coil is energized, the solenoid valve closes; when the coil is de-energized, the solenoid valve opens.
Applications Of Threaded Solenoid Valves
Threaded solenoid valves are mainly used in various medium-temperature, high-temperature, normal-pressure, and high-pressure occasions. They are suitable for the automatic control of pipelines carrying water, gases, hot water, heat transfer oil, high-temperature steam, saturated steam, superheated steam, etc.
Widely applied in industries such as medical devices, garment equipment, petrochemicals, biopharmaceuticals, HVAC, electroplating and coating, drying equipment, rubber and plastic machinery, food and beverage, papermaking, printing and dyeing, as well as power and mining industries, they are the preferred products for automatic control projects, project transformation, and equipment supporting.
