Product Overview of Zero-Differential-Pressure Solenoid Valves

Zero-differential-pressure solenoid valves, also known as step-by-step direct-acting solenoid valves, can open the valve plug by the coil's attractive force under medium pressure-free working conditions. Under high medium pressure conditions, they can generate a pressure difference on the main valve plug to open the solenoid valve. They are ideal products for working conditions where the difference between the minimum and maximum operating pressures is significant.

Working Principle of Zero-Differential-Pressure Solenoid Valves

Zero-differential-pressure solenoid valves, also called step-by-step direct-acting solenoid valves, integrate the principles of direct-acting and pilot-type solenoid valves. For the Normally Closed (NC) type:

When there is no pressure difference between the inlet and outlet, the solenoid valve coil energizes to generate electromagnetic force that directly opens the pilot hole, connecting to the main valve piston. The main valve piston is lifted sequentially to open the valve.

When the starting pressure difference is reached between the inlet and outlet, the electromagnetic force first opens the pilot hole after energization. The pressure in the upper chamber of the main valve piston decreases, and the main piston is pulled by the pressure difference and electromagnetic force to open the valve port.

When de-energized, the pilot hole resets and closes under the action of the spring. The pressure in the upper chamber of the main piston increases, pushing the main piston downward to close the valve. The working principle of the Normally Open (NO) type is opposite to that of the NC type.

Structural Features of Zero-Differential-Pressure Solenoid Valves

Capable of opening the main valve under zero pressure, with large flow rate under low pressure difference and a wide application range.

Compact design, noiseless operation, fast response speed, high-frequency operation, complete product series, and reliable quality.

The valve body is made of corrosion-resistant PTFE and stainless steel through hot forging process, featuring small size and aesthetic appearance.

The diaphragm is made of temperature-resistant materials, suitable for low-pressure steam pipelines.

Compatible with liquids, gases, and oils, further expanding the application scope of the solenoid valve.

Adopts imported synthetic rubber sealing materials, with a service life more than 5 times that of similar products.

Equipped with high-performance plastic-sealed coils to ensure the reliability of the solenoid valve, providing waterproof and moisture-proof performance and suitable for long-term energization.

Zero leakage.
