Dual-Flow Solenoid Valves are a newly developed product specifically designed for precise fueling control of fuel dispensers. The valve body and internal components are all made of stainless steel, adopting a dual-valve body and dual-flow channel design: the large valve enables fast fueling, while the small valve achieves precise fueling, thereby realizing accurate fueling control of fuel dispensers. These valves are widely used in automated control systems such as fuel dispensers and precise filling equipment.
Working Principle of Dual-Flow Solenoid Valves
The dual-flow solenoid valve mainly consists of an electromagnetic control device, main valve, auxiliary valve, pilot valve, and main valve switching component. Its core features and working mechanism are as follows:
Structural Advantages: The main valve switching component is composed of a piston mechanism, which solves the defect of rubber diaphragms in existing technologies—being prone to hardening and cracking in low-temperature environments when using gasoline as the medium. It boasts a wide temperature adaptability range, reliable operation, and long service life, making it highly suitable for electromagnetic control valves of fuel dispensers in various temperature environments.
Dual-Channel Design: The valve body is equipped with two channels: a main flow channel and an auxiliary flow channel. The auxiliary flow channel is used for quantitative compensation to ensure metering accuracy.
Operation Process: The dual-valve body and dual-flow channels are controlled by independent coils. During fueling:
First, the small valve is opened;
Then the large valve is activated for fast fueling;
Subsequently, the large valve is closed, and the small valve continues to provide precise fueling;
When the tank is full, the small valve is closed to cut off fuel flow completely.
