Pilot solenoid valves
Product Overview of Pilot solenoid valves
Pilot solenoid valves adopt a pilot piston structure and an integrally forged valve body. The nominal diameter range is DN1~600mm, and the operating pressure range is 0.5~400MPa. Connection methods include flanged, loose sleeve welded, threaded, and socket welded.
Working Principle of Pilot solenoid valves
When the pilot solenoid valve is energized, the electromagnetic force attracts the pilot hole valve core, opening the pilot hole. As a result, the pressure in the upper chamber of the main valve piston decreases, forming a pressure difference (lower pressure in the upper chamber and higher pressure in the lower chamber) between the upper and lower chambers of the main piston, which pushes the main piston to open the valve. When de-energized, the spring force resets and closes the pilot hole, increasing the pressure in the upper chamber of the main piston. A pressure difference (higher pressure in the upper chamber and lower pressure in the lower chamber) is formed between the upper and lower chambers, and the medium pressure and spring force push the main piston to close the valve. The working principle of the Normally Open (NO) type is opposite to this.
